Kershaw also successfully led the Intergenerational Climate Coalition to intervene in Canadian courts to defend the constitutionality of pricing pollution on the grounds it is needed to promote population health and intergenerational equity. Senator Galvez is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, a Fellow of Engineers Canada and a Fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering.
